Brandon Vydelingum and Michele Donovan looking to reach new heights with M.Network.
Salt Lake City, Utah, February 2, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Since joining their previous direct sales company five years ago, Michele Donovan and Brandon Vydelingum served as major catalysts in the expansion of a global skincare company. They were responsible for generating millions in revenue and leading thousands of people spanning all corners of the globe.
When Michele first entered direct sales, she was working in real estate, working a full-time job, a part-time job and raising two daughters. She couldn't imagine continuing on that way and had nothing to lose. First, she got rid of her part-time job, then a full-time job. Eventually, she and her husband both replaced their incomes and became full-time stay at home parents. Since then they have also had two more daughters, a 3-year-old and 20-month-old. She jokingly says, "Becoming full-time stay at home parents means you could have more babies with diapers, so it could work too well don't say I didn't warn you."

Brandon said becoming a father ultimately led him to this decision. "As a new father you start looking at things differently," Brandon said. He struggled with his weight and diabetes. He started researching nutrition and health. From there he learned many are not getting the necessary nutrients from their diets and he began researching supplements. Brandon said, "I wanted to ensure they were getting the best nutrition for their bones, joints and cognitive function and that catapulted a shift in focus to the health and wellness industry and created a passion for us." Michele said the products, compensation plan, and leadership team drew them to their decision to join M. When Michele decided to dive into the direct sales industry she committed to becoming a student of the industry rather than a specific company. I study compensation plans - I can't tell someone our company has the best compensation plan if I don't truly know other comp plans," said Michele.
